SKP is a special investigation agency created by the International Union of Countries (IUC) with the aim of solving cases and misteries at an international level. Its headquarters receive only those missions that other agencies have not been able to work out, either because of their ultimate difficulty, their dangerousness or because they require resources and knowledge that conventional agencies don't have.

The main feature of SKP is that the agency doesn't have a permanent roster of professional agents trained to solve the enigmas that they face. Its members are anonymous people, who stand out for different skills, eventually recruited through the worldwide SKP branches.
