> eLeTe Events is a company dedicated to the design, implementation and operation of intelligence and strategy games for individuals, groups and/or companies.

> Additionally, it provides group and leadership dynamics services to companies.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

> eLeTe Events is the owner of The Web and copyright holder of all its intellectual property, as well as the domain name and its contents. All contents of The Web (text, images, articles, logos, graphics, drawings, photographs, buttons, software files) as well as the structure and presentation of such content, are protected by the Spanish laws on intellectual property .

> The total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and/or marketing of The Web and any of its contents without the express written consent of its owner is expressly forbidden. Any unauthorized use will be considered a breach of the intellectual property rights of the author.

> The intellectual and industrial property of the web pages redirected from The Web and the ownership of its content and domain names belong to their respective owners.

 

DATA PROTECTION

> Visiting and browsing The Web to find information and know about SKP Game does not require any registration or providing data from the user. You only need to provide details (name, phone and email) when making a reservation. By entering your data, you acknowledge and accept the characteristics and conditions stated herein.

> When booking SKP Game services through The Web (www.skp-game.com) you agree that your personal data are incorporated into an automated file, which aims to keep users informed about SKP Game news and services. This file is registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency ruled by Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).

> The user is responsible for the veracity of the information provided at the time of submitting your reservation request. According to current regulations regarding the protection of personal data, the file owner agrees to comply with the obligation of professional secrecy regarding the data and the duty to protect them, ensuring confidentiality, and adopting the appropriate technical measures to prevent any alteration, misuse and unauthorized access.

> The personal information provided by users will not be disclosed to any company and will only be used for sending occasional news and content on the activities and services of SKP Game. Personal data will not be available to third parties or entities at any time.

> Web users have a right of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of the data contained in the automated data file. They must request it in writing to SKP Game at Carrer Major, 94, 08960 Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) or by sending an email to info@skp-game.com with the personal data, photocopy of the user's ID card, e-mail address facilitated to The Web and the user's signature.

 

AGE LIMIT

> To book SKP Game SKP services, the user must be of age (over 18 years old) and have the legal capacity to accept the General Conditions contained herein.

 

ANONYMOUS BROWSING

> The user's navigation through The Web is completely anonymous and can never be tracked or associated with a specific user.

 

DISCLAIMER

> Any person accessing The Web assumes the role of user and is committed to the observance and enforcement of the provisions herein, as well as any other law that may apply.

> SKP Game reserves the right to change any information that could appear on The Web, without any forewarning or need to inform users of such changes, meaning that it is enough to publish them on The Web.

> From The Web you may be redirected to content in other websites. SKP Game is not responsible for the contents of web pages redirected from its website nor for any breaches of the regulations in force at any given time these pages may incur. Since SKP Game can not always control the content posted by third parties on their websites, SKP Game assumes no responsibility for such content. However, SKP Game cannot rule out the possibility of programming and/or server errors, or that causes arise due to force majeure, natural disasters, power outages, or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access The Web.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

> SKP Game is a game of intellectual ability, with no requirement of physical skills whatsoever. Sessions are for groups of 2 to 6 people.

> Before the game, all participants are instructed on how to participate and use the facilities of SKP Game. These instructions must be observed and followed at all times. The games contain fragile items that must be handled with care and following the instructions.

> Anyone participating in the games SKP Game do so at your own risk. SKP Game or eLeTe Events are not liable for accidents or injuries that users may suffer during the game if they are due to user negligence, misuse or mishandling of facilities and objects found in them.

> SKP Game has a liability insurance that covers any accident in its facilities for a maximum of 6 participants for reasons attributable to the company.

> All children under 16 must access games SKP Game accompanied by at least 1 adult.

> SKP Game facilities are adapted for disabled people according to the regulations in force in April 2015. There are, however, some small spaces where the number of people in wheelchairs must be limited, others with steps. It is recommended to consult beforehand.

> The maximum duration of the game is 60 minutes, with no possibility of extension. If for any reason any of the participants must stop the game and leave the room, you can do it without inconvenience and other users may continue their game.

> SKP Game staff controlling the games reserves the right to suspend and cancel a game unilaterally in case of serious incidents, misuse of facilities or failure to follow instructions received for the games. In this case, users are not entitled to claim any refund and/or compensation.

> All SKP Game playing rooms have video cameras in a closed circuit. They are used for control, coordination and support to the games. Participants in the games accept that these images are used for playback on the premises of SKP Game and for promotional purposes, not commercial, via internet and social networking. Each participant in the game must complete and sign a release form for this purpose.

> SKP Game reserves the right to refuse admission to its facilities in the following cases:

   -It is forbidden to participate in the games under the influence of alcohol or any drugs or other psychotropic substances.

   -It is not allowed to film or photograph without authorization the SKP Game facilities and games.

   -Access to game rooms is banned with any object capable of causing harm to people or things. Access to game rooms with any mobile device that allows external support for the resolution of the games is also prohibited. There are a number of lockers available to users in the SKP Game premises, locked to deposit personal and valuable belongings.

    -Access to SKP Game will not be permitted to people with clearly violent behavior or recognized misconduct or those with obvious lack of personal hygiene or inadequate clothing.

 

RATES

> The price of a SKP Game session is 50 € per game for all players and/or nationalities, regardless of the number of participants up to 6 people.

> This price includes all applicable taxes under Spanish law (VAT).

> In specific cases, SKP Game reserves the right to apply discounts and promotions.

 

BOOKINGS

> Bookings must be made, in general, through the booking section of The Web, and in exceptional cases by phone (666 133 869 / 930 114 783) or email (info@skp-game.com). Available schedules (days and times) for each of the missions, within the hours of operation of SKP Game (daily from 10:00 to 24:00), are displayed on the Bookings section of The Web.

> During the booking process you will need to fill in your details (name, phone and email) and settle the service using accepted methods of payment (credit or debit cards Visa, MasterCard and JCB).

> In case of incorrect or false contact and/or payment details made by the user, SKP Game is not responsible for problems arising from not being able to contact the user to confirm the reservation or to submit any information concerning the booking.

 

GIFT VOUCHER

> SKP Game has the possibility to offer a game session as a gift. This requires access to the Bookings section in The Web and checking the box identified for this purpose. It is possible to book without having to assign a date and time prior to payment. The actual booking date and time for the game can then be made by the recipient of the Gift Voucher by phone (930 114 783 / 666 133 869) or email (info@skp-game.com).

> The Gift Voucher has a shelf life of three months from the date of online payment. It is not possible to extend this time.

> In the confirmation email from SKP Game a special document will be sent in order to formalize the gift. The end user must print and present it before enjoying the game.

 

ONLINE PAYMENT

> To complete a reservation, the user must proceed to the payment of the service through the procedure set out in The Web. SKP Game uses the payment gateway by La Caixa (Virtual TPV) and accepts Visa, MasterCard and JCB cards. Once the payment process started, the user is transferred to the secure page of La Caixa, where the confidential credit card details shall be provided (full name, card number, expiration date and verification code). These data are subsequently encrypted and transmitted to the bank. The system then proceeds to the authentication and authorization process established by the issuer of the card (eg: password, pin, code, etc). All card details are processed by the Virtual TPV of La Caixa. SKP Game does not have access to them at any time during the checkout process.

> Only in exceptional cases payment shall be accepted by bank transfer or cash. This requires to contact SKP Game by phone (930 114 783 / 666 133 869) or email (info@skp-game.com) and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.

> Payment with American Express and Paypal is not possible.

> After making the online payment, the user will receive an email confirmation from SKP Game. This email will be sent to the email address provided by the user at the time of booking. If for any reason you do not receive this email you must contact SKP Game by phone (930 114 783 / 666 133  869) or email (info@skp-game.com).

> The email sent by SKP Game serves as voucher for access to the game session. The user must print and present it before enjoying the game. This voucher is not nominative and anyone in the group may submit it.

> Should you require an invoice, please contact directly SKP Game by phone (930 114 783 / 666 133 689) or email (info@skp-game.com).

 

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES POLICY

> You can cancel a reservation up to 5 days before the reserved time. To do so it is necessary to send an email to SKP Game (info@skp-game.com) with all details (name, date and time of booking, and reference number). SKP Game will proceed to reimburse 90% of the amount as soon as possible.

> In the event of changes in the reservation, you can request them up to 3 days (72 hours) before the originally scheduled time. To do so it is necessary to send an email to SKP Game (info@skp-game.com) with all details (name, date and time of booking, and reference number). SKP Game will contact the user to arrange another available day and time.

> In case of delay regarding the time originally scheduled for the game, access will be possible up to 10 minutes later than this time. In that case, the duration of the game will be reduced to 50 minutes to allow the following clients to access the game room on time. If the delay is more than 10 minutes, the game will be cancelled and the user is not entitled to reimbursement of the game. SKP Game reserves the right to exceptionally accept more than 10 minutes of delay, if the room is not occupied in the next turn.

> If the game cancellation or a delay on the scheduled times are due to technical causes attributable to SKP Game, in this case SKP Game agrees to arrange a new date and time for play or refund the amount paid by the user.
